Issue a pass
An approved manager's new pass becomes active as soon as it is saved. A pass alone does not authorize a tow.
Import a resident list
Export a CSV spreadsheet with these columns: unit, resident_name, plate, state, starts_at, expires_at. The dates use YYYY-MM-DD. A kind column may say resident or visitor.

Passes
Status reflects the pass dates and any revocation. Refresh before making an enforcement decision.
