Call 336-638-1725 to confirm whether A2Z has the vehicle, its location, required documents, balance and release availability. All customer visits start at 2800 Oakland Ave (Gate 1), Greensboro, NC 27403. Office hours are Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM. Around-the-clock recovery and enforcement availability does not mean around-the-clock vehicle releases.
Have the vehicle year, make, model and license plate or VIN if known. Ask the office which identification, ownership documents or authorization your particular release requires. Confirm the requirements before arriving.
Contact your lender or lienholder about your account and release authorization. A2Z can confirm storage and pickup instructions; calling does not automatically authorize release.
Call the office to confirm access, identification, pickup time and any applicable charges before trying to collect belongings. Do not send private financial information through a general service form.
The office confirms your balance and accepted payment method. Repossession storage and impound charges may differ; do not assume a public service offer applies to an existing stored vehicle.
