Property Account Sales Representative

Part-time · Initial 30-day trial · Greensboro and surrounding communities

$18/hour, paid weekly.
Approximately 15 hours per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday, 9 AM–2 PM, with flexibility for appointments.
$200 for each new property contract you secure that A2Z approves and activates.
$5 per eligible, completed and paid tow from your credited property during its first 12 months, under a written commission agreement.

30-day trial & growth opportunity

This position begins with a paid, part-time 30-day trial. It is not being offered as a permanent position at the outset. We will review outreach, qualified appointments, progress toward approved property contracts, follow-through and professional communication.

Strong performance and business growth may lead to continued employment, additional hours or a full-time opportunity. Any continuation or change in hours depends on results, available work and A2Z’s business needs; it is not guaranteed. Pay and earned commissions follow the written compensation plan throughout the trial.

Hybrid work arrangement

Calls, prospect research and follow-ups may be completed from home with reliable internet and a suitable workspace. Scheduled property visits and office attendance for training, meetings and coordination are required. This is not a fully remote role; the weekly schedule is agreed with management.

The role

Contact property managers, owners and regional management companies; schedule visits; present parking-enforcement services; follow up; keep accurate prospect records; and support positive relationships with new accounts.

This is an active outreach position with agreed business-development goals. Use A2Z-approved agreements and pricing. You may prepare proposals for review, but must not create independent contract terms or promise discounts, free services or enforcement arrangements without management approval.

What you bring

Professional communication, dependability, organization and confidence meeting new people. Sales, property-management or related experience is preferred. Training on A2Z services is provided. A personal laptop is required for prospect records, follow-ups and preparing A2Z-approved materials. Office printer access is available.

A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are required. No company vehicle is provided. Business-travel terms will be explained before hiring.
