A2Z confirms the property manager, parking rules, signs, and who may manage passes.
A simpler way to keep a current list of vehicles authorized at your property. Approved property managers can issue and update plate-based passes while A2Z reviews the same records.
The first manager portal is available for approved pilot properties. Request a walkthrough to discuss access and your property rules.

Management provides a spreadsheet of units and vehicles. We review it before the records become active.
Approved managers can add, change, expire, or remove vehicle passes for their own property.
A2Z staff can check pass status and changes while reviewing a reported parking issue.
A pass record helps identify authorized vehicles. It does not by itself approve a tow. A2Z checks the property agreement, posted rules, vehicle details, and documentation before enforcement.
Each participating property would have its own manager access. Managers should see only their property's residents and passes; A2Z can review and correct records across the properties it serves.
For qualifying properties with a two- or three-year parking enforcement agreement, A2Z may include parking-space striping and accessible-space pavement markings at no separate charge after a site review and written scope.
Parking-lot surface repair is not included. If repairs are needed, management can arrange them separately. Any reimbursement for striping labor after a contract breach must be defined in the signed agreement.
We review the surface, layout, signs, accessible spaces, and property-specific enforcement instructions before agreeing to work.
We will discuss your current permit process and what a Parking Pass pilot would need. This request does not create an account, activate passes, or authorize towing.
